What data we process

Simply browsing this website collects no personal data. The site is static and includes no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.

We only process personal data when you choose to contact us through one of the channels we offer:

• The quote request form: whatever you type into it and any files you choose to attach. This is set out in the next section.
• WhatsApp: pressing one of our buttons opens WhatsApp with a message already written. Nothing is sent until you send it. At that point we process your phone number and the content of your message, including any photographs you choose to send.
• Telephone: when you call us we process your number and whatever you tell us during the conversation.
• Email: when you write to us we process your email address and the content of your message.

The quote request form

If you use the quote request form, we process what you enter into it: your name, email address and phone number, which are required, and optionally your company, job title, project name, a description of the work, your goals, expected dates, estimated budget, preferred contact channel, how you heard about us, and any comments. You may attach up to five files, such as photographs of the space or documentation.

Sending the form requires you to tick the acceptance box first. It is unticked by default: we cannot send it ticked on your behalf.

The contents of the form are emailed to us, and we also email you a confirmation copy at the address you gave. Nothing is published anywhere.

We also keep a copy of each enquiry on our server, in a folder that is not reachable from the internet. We do this because email can be lost without warning, and a lost enquiry means we cannot help you. That copy includes the form data and any files you attached. We keep it only as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any subsequent claim, and you can ask us to delete it at any time through the means set out below.

To prevent abuse of the form, our server temporarily keeps a cryptographic fingerprint (a hash) of your IP address — not the address itself — alongside the times of submissions, for at most one hour. Its only purpose is to limit how many submissions can be sent per hour. That record expires on its own and is not linked to the content of your enquiry.

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your enquiry and preparing a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Providing the service you engage us for and managing the relationship. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Meeting legal, tax and accounting obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Remembering your cookie preferences. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in honouring your decision, this being data strictly necessary to do so.

Photographs of the property

If you send us photographs of a property so we can assess the work — on WhatsApp, or attached to the form — be aware that they may show personal belongings or private information. We use them solely to prepare the quote and carry out the service, and we never publish them without your express written permission.

Marketing communications

We do not currently send marketing communications or newsletters, and we do not build profiles from your data. If we ever did, we would ask you separately and beforehand, and you could object at any time.

Recipients and processors

We do not pass your data to third parties, except where legally required.

The contact channels we use are third-party services and process data in their own right, under their own terms and policies:

• WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, part of Meta), if you choose to message us there.
• Our email provider, if you choose to write to us, or if you use the form — its contents reach us by email.
• Our web hosting provider: [PROVEEDOR DE ALOJAMIENTO / HOSTING PROVIDER]. It may record technical connection data such as your IP address in its server logs for security and operational reasons.
• Our tax and accounting advisers, where necessary to meet legal obligations: [DELEGADO DE PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS, SI APLICA / DPO, IF APPOINTED]

International transfers

We do not make international transfers on our own initiative. If you use WhatsApp to contact us, your data is processed under that service’s terms, which may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area relying on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR. We recommend reading its privacy policy.

Retention

We keep the data from an enquiry while we are dealing with it and, if no service is engaged, for as long as needed to handle any possible claim.

Where a service is provided, we keep the documentation for the periods required by tax and commercial law. Specific period applied: [PLAZO DE CONSERVACIÓN / RETENTION PERIOD].

Your rights

• Access: to know what data of yours we process.
• Rectification: to have inaccurate data corrected.
• Erasure: to ask us to delete data that is no longer necessary.
• Objection: to object to certain processing.
• Restriction: to ask us to limit how we use your data.
• Portability: to receive your data in a structured format.
• Withdrawal of consent at any time, where processing is based on it, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

How to exercise your rights

You can exercise any of these rights by writing to vaciadototal@gmail.com, stating which right you wish to exercise and enclosing a document confirming your identity. We will respond within one month at the latest.

Complaint to the supervisory authority

If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es.

Security

This website is served entirely over HTTPS and applies security headers at the server. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you give us against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date shown at the top. We recommend reviewing it from time to time.
